The APTC is a slipper clutch, patented worldwide and an absolute must for every ambitious rider.
The technique:
-clutch hub into two parts connected by a helical profile
-a helicoidally teeth ensures a friction to prevent slipping of the clutch when accelerating
-a special plate ensures maximum acceleration while climbing slipper effect
-less force required to actuate the clutch
Advantages for Supermoto riders:
-No rear wheel hopping when braking and downshifting, cornering step cleaner and precise
-You can open the gas in advance, then more outbound acceleration curve
-No clutch lever vibration
Advantages of using 4WD:
-smoother braking even on undulating paths
-uniform rotation of the rear wheel well on soils with different characteristics
-better traction during acceleration coming out of the curve, i.e. faster lap times
-minimum force required to actuate the clutch
